Nature of Care Units
The sentifluff.io platform operates exclusively on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go model powered by Care Units. Care Units are internal digital access units used to unlock interactive tools, reflection spaces, and guided practices. Registration does not include complimentary or welcome Care Units; accessing interactive features requires an active Care Unit balance. Care Units are non-tangible, non-transferable digital licenses. They carry no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Acquiring Care Units & Fixed Packages
Care Units are acquired manually through the secure billing section within your personal space. To ensure complete peace of mind, the platform does not use automatic recharging, recurring subscriptions, or unexpected billing. Every transaction is a discrete, one-time purchase initiated entirely by you. Care Units are available in fixed packages:

Clear & Fixed Usage
Care Units are deducted on a strictly fixed-cost basis per action, independent of session length or system processing time. Unlike unpredictable dynamic pricing, our fixed-cost structure ensures total clarity: the exact Care Unit cost for any reflection prompt, support chat, or practice is displayed before you begin. Once an action is initiated, the specified Care Units are deducted from your balance.
No Overdrafts or Unexpected Fees
Your balance will never fall below zero, and you will never receive retroactive charges. If your Care Unit balance is insufficient to cover a requested feature, the action will not process. You will simply be invited to replenish your Care Units manually whenever you are ready to continue. We bear no liability for temporary feature unavailability resulting from a depleted balance.
Fair Use & Platform Integrity
Care Units are provided for individual personal well-being and daily reflection. To protect server performance and overall platform security, automated scripting, bot usage, or rapid-fire requests aimed at manipulating balance deductions are prohibited. We reserve the right to temporarily pause or inspect accounts exhibiting suspicious or automated activity. Intentionally bypassing platform safety controls will result in the forfeiture of remaining Care Units and account termination.
